Chisholm Trail Farm Credit Directors

Larry Cochran

Chairman of the Board.  Director since 1987.  Current term expires in 2012.  Mr. Cochran is a farmer/rancher with principal enterprises of wheat and alfalfa cash crops, stocker cattle, and a cow/calf operation.  He also operates a livestock trucking business.

Paul Heath

Vice Chairman of the Board.  Director since 1990.  Current term expires in 2012.  Mr. Heath is a farmer/rancher, with a principal enterprise of primarily stocker and feedlot cattle integrated with a cow herd and cash crop operation.

Verl M. Daugherty

Director since 1995.  Current term expires in 2010.  Mr. Daugherty is a farmer/rancher and operates VMD Farms, which consists of a cow/calf, stocker, wheat and alfalfa operation.  Serves on the board of the Caddo County Oklahoma State University Alumni Club.

Kenneth Markes

Director since 1993.  Current term expires in 2011.  Mr. Markes is a farmer/rancher with principal enterprises of stocker and feedlot cattle and a cow/calf operation, with wheat and soybeans as cash crops.  He also serves as a director for the Bison Coop.

J. W. (Jack) Moore, Jr.

Director since 1989.  Current term expires in 2010.  Mr. Moore's principal enterprise is a dairy, in which he is a partner.

Lonnie D. Sellers

Appointed in March 2003 to serve as outside director as required by the 1987 amendment to the Farm Credit Act.  Current term expires in 2011.  Mr. Sellers is a retired Oklahoma State University Area Extension Agronomy Specialist for Southwest Oklahoma.  Serves on the board of the Cameron Campus Ministries and the board of the Stephens County Oklahoma State University Alumni Association.

Kevin Smith

Director since 2001.  Current term expires in 2010.  Mr. Smith is a farmer/rancher.  His principal enterprise is rye, wheat and corn as cash crops, integrated with a stocker cattle program.

Jack Wilson

Director since 1980.  Current term expires in 2012.  Mr. Wilson is a self-employed farmer/rancher whose principal enterprise is a stocker cattle operation.

Chisholm Trail Farm Credit Audit Committee

Chisholm Trail Farm Credit has established an Audit Committee, which is comprised of three directors.  The Committee oversees the scope of the association's internal audit program, the independence of the outside auditors, the adequacy of the association's system of internal controls and procedures, and the adequacy of management's action with respect to the Internal Control Policy and the Audit Committee Charter.
