Jalapeno Corn Bread

2 (8 3/4-ounce) packages corn bread mix
2 eggs
1 (4-ounce) can green chiles
1 (8 3/4-ounce) can creamed corn
3 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 cup (4-ounces) reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded

In large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients along with one cup water.  Stir just enough to moisten.  Pour into 8x8-inch baking dish sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.  Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned.  Makes 9 servings.
